Proceed to order
1. After choosing the product, select the size and carats (where provided) by clicking on "choose the size" and then "add to cart".

2. Add other products in the same way or click on "proceed".

3. Confirm your shipping address.

4. Choose the payment method you want to use

5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with a summary of your data and the expected delivery date. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.

6. To conclude the order click "buy".

At this point you will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered on our site. If you don't see it, try checking in the Spam folder. You can also check all the details of your order by logging in directly to your account.

It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.

After completing the order, it is not possible to change the shipping address.



IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
If an item received is defective, you can make a claim.

Write in detail the complaint via email with photos of the article in question.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After completing your order it will be processed for a maximum of two working days.
When your package is ready it will be sent and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on "Follow your order".

Do not worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will be activated within three working days and you will be able to view the delivery date.

Always check this link from which you can check delivery attempts already made and any courier problems in identifying your address.

We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.

Of course, even by accessing the "My orders" section, you can view your parcel being delivered, by clicking on "View order" and then on "Follow the online shipment".



SHIPPING TIMES
Standard delivery takes place between 24 / 48H on working days, to be calculated from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse (weekends and public holidays excluded).

When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click on and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday.
Times may vary by area.
